About Us

ECHS provides support to children and adults, as well as their families. Our services aim to promote skill development as well as community integration. We work to ease coordination with other programs in which family members may participate. At ECHS learning and development of individuals served are linked in all aspect of the company.

We know how important choosing a quality care provider can be and at Entwined Care we take joy in our ability to make a difference in the lives of our patients and their families. Each staff member is carefully selected, screened and trained for the capable and compassionate care for families.

From extensive background checks and a careful screening process, to ongoing training and continuing education, we strive to offer the very best possible person at ECHS for any specific individual or situation.

All caregivers are fully bonded and insured, and undergo a thorough interviewing, testing and screening process prior to employment. Furthermore, DSP and Personal Support Workers are continually trained, supervised, and evaluated to ensure that our high service standards are met.

At ECHS we put your needs first by providing:

Basic Assistance

1. Care Concierge: Choosing a home care provider for a loved one is an emotional and often urgent process. Our experience can help you identify needs and develop a solution that works for you. Our services begin with a free in-home care assessment with every client and their family.

2. Specialized Care: Care needs are like snowflakes; no two are the same. Certain conditions require specialized care that can only come from qualified, trained professionals and caregivers, like those at ECHS.

3. Personal Care: At ECHS, a care manager conducts a comprehensive assessment to understand your loved one’s physical, emotional, and social well-being. The care manager accesses the appropriate resources, consults with the individual and their family members and initiates the required services or program by building an Individualized Care Plan.

4. Homemaker / Companion: Homemaker/Companion service is for clients that do not need hands-on assistance but would like some friendly company or need some help with routine chores that have become more challenging.
